Now, we can arrange an online appointment at any time as we appreciate it’s not easy for event organisers to take time out of the office to coincide with when the meeting rooms are free. Our conference team can then talk through any event whilst virtually walking through the spaces so we still get to build that important relationship and trust and they can see exactly how their event would run, in stunning 3D, as if they were with you on site.

The Castle Hotel were able to integrate plenty of extra imagery due to capturing so many different layout options on the day of the scan. This meant they could populate their tour with extra media to show different set ups, scenarios and information including capacities and descriptions.
