Regular visitors to our site and social channels will have heard us mention Snap Fitness UK before – we’ve worked with the innovative gym chain for quite some time now, creating each of their 3D virtual tours as and when they open.
Having built up a great relationship with them over the years, we were delighted to be the company that sprung to mind when Snap Fitness decided to create a short, snappy video highlighting the new Covid measures they were putting in place in their gyms all over the country.
Snap Fitness are all about community spirit and looking after their customers. They carefully planned their approach when reopening, following the government’s guidance, as well as taking extra steps to ensure they provide a safe and welcoming environment for their members to enjoy staying fit and active. They wanted to clearly articulate this message and the specific actions they were taking in a succinct, one-minute video.
The video also showcased their friendly, welcoming team, as well as their quality equipment from brands including Technogym and Matrix.
But why video?
It’s a super effective content format and its popularity and success has gone hand-in-hand with the rise of social media (did you know people will spend 100 minutes a day watching online videos by 2021?).
If a picture tells a thousand words, imagine how many words a well-thought-out video can tell!
Our process
All successful projects start with a solid planning stage. We put together a detailed, 14-frame storyboard, showing how we envisaged each scene to look prior to filming. Once the client was happy with the frames we had in mind, it meant that filming on the day was organised, time-efficient and stress-free.
